Why I do this work
So many people are moving through life on autopilot — doing what’s expected, making things work, pushing through — without ever being taught how to listen to themselves.
I know this pattern intimately.
For years, I lived from the neck up: driven, capable, outwardly successful, and deeply disconnected from my body and inner signals. I was doing all the “right” things, my life looked good on paper — but it didn’t feel good.
It wasn’t until I slowed down and started asking a different question — who do I actually want to be? and equally as important how do I want to live?— that everything began to shift.
This work exists to interrupt those externally-oriented autopilot patterns.
I want to help others who are feeling disconnected from their bodies, their values, and their inner knowing — not because they’re doing something wrong, but because they’ve never been taught another way. These are the strivers, the overachievers, the ones feeling that pressure to do more, be more, want more.
They’re also the ones who deeply yearn to feel their best in their bodies and show up fully and authentically in their lives.
This work helps people reconnect to their inner compass, and build lives that are rooted in self-trust, clarity, and conscious choice.
My path here
My own journey into holistic wellbeing began through lived experience and a need to listen.
I was an overachiever, a perfectionist, a people pleaser. What a combo. I followed the paths that made sense, checked the boxes I was supposed to check, and kept moving forward — even as I felt increasingly disconnected from myself.
I lived in this state of friction between the life I desired and the one I was moving through day-to-day. It was draining. I pushed and pushed and pushed, then reached, and reached, and reached. Set, Achieve, Repeat.
After years of chronic stress, burnout, and autoimmune challenges, my body became the messenger I could no longer ignore. I had to learn — slowly and imperfectly — how to work with my system instead of against it, rebuilding my life from the inside out.
I spent over a year healing from chronic burnout, autoimmune challenges, hormonal and gut imbalances — learning firsthand that health is about far more than food or exercise alone. It required me to look honestly at my stress, my boundaries, my mindset, and the way I was relating to my own life and how I truly wanted my life to feel.
Through yoga, meditation, health coaching, personal curiosity, and some deep inner work, I began reconnecting with my body’s intelligence — learning how clarity emerges when we create space to feel, sense, respond, and align.
What I discovered is now central to my work:
When we reconnect to the body and heart, insight becomes actionable — and momentum becomes sustainable.
How I work
My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what your life should look like.
I create space for reflection, experimentation, and honest self-inquiry so you can reconnect with your own inner compass and begin making decisions from a place of alignment rather than obligation.
This is a collaborative process — one that honors your individuality and unfolds at a pace that supports real integration.
I guide through presence, thoughtful questioning, and experimentation, helping you strengthen your ability to listen inward, clarify what matters most, and move out of default patterns and into choices that feel intentional and aligned. In short, translate awareness into embodied action.

Joy
This life is happening now. Enjoy the journey and the process rather than fixate just on the destination. I believe each of us accesses joy when we’re present, connected, and engaged in our own life.

The most important relationship you have is with yourself — yet we all don’t have to do it alone. Meaningful change often deepens through safe, supportive connection with others.
Consistency
Small, sustainable shifts practiced over time create real transformation. This is not about perfection or checking the box.
Authenticity
Your life is yours. We honor what’s true for you, not what’s expected of you. Lasting change happens when you learn to lead yourself — with support, not pressure.
My background
I’m a certified integrative health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a 200-hour yoga teacher, a strategist, and a certified meditation teacher — with a background as a former high-performance athlete (Division I Track & Field + XC).
I’m also a self proclaimed nerd when it comes to personal development. I’ve spent over 200 hours teaching, deepened my practices through +80hrs of continuing education & training, and have been through several coaching programs myself. I also spent 6 months training to be a holistic life coach.
These trainings, experiences, and self study gave me an arsenal of tools and strategies — but my greatest teacher has been lived experience: learning how to listen to my body, question inherited definitions of success, and design a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
