I am a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, former high-performance athlete, and holistic life coach. But more importantly, I am here to be alongside you on this well-being journey of yours.

Helping people unlock their potential ignites a light within me. I created this space for fellow high achievers craving the space to explore the corners of their hearts, and shift from good to thriving. Stop living small and start living BOLD.

my why

I spent a large portion of my life being the achiever, the high performer, the perfectionist, the people pleaser. If I’m being real, it’s something I’m still evolving from. I’ve learned so much on my own journey and am so excited to share it with you.

Achieving life on autopilot results in living a day-to-day that looks and FEELS different from the life that we want to be living, the person we want to be — or the person we haven’t even given ourselves the space to get to know, our true selves.

As I navigated my twenties, I started to realize that I was living my life largely on other people’s terms. The first career I chose? Based on what others thought I’d be “successful” in. I lived in the future and the past but hardly ever in the present moment. I struggled to be where my feet were. Slowly I started to slip into a life that felt small. It looked good on paper but it didn’t feel good. I felt like a shell of a human being. I realized that my wellbeing was about a lot more than just the food I ate and the exercise routines I followed. I faced the fact that I was the CEO of my own freaking life — if I wasn’t thriving, I needed to change.

I had to take a hard look at the life I was living and do some serious inner work.

I signed up for a yoga teacher training, got to know myself on a deeper level, and hired a coach of my own. I changed careers, took a meditation teacher training, moved, and designed a new life for myself. I doubled down on habits I started in college to support my performance as a Division-I athlete — yes, I was the girl who tracked macros to make sure I was fueling my body enough, took near-daily ice baths and visualized before it was all the rage. Hell, I didn’t even know that what I was doing was called visualization until a few years after graduating when I dove deeper into personal development.

These early experiences were a catalyst for my own evolution. I expanded the lens through which I was examining and enhancing my life. I created my own definitions of success, defining and let myself be guided by my own personal philosophy. I solidified mindsets and practices that supported my wellbeing.

The world has a lot of opinions on who you should be.

It wasn’t until I was in a yoga class after my world turned sideways that I started to wonder who I wanted to be. So I started to design my life on my terms. Now, I help others like you do the same to thrive in ways you didn’t think possible.

I want to help you tune out what the world thinks/wants/prescribes and make decisions that actually align with who you are, not who you think you should be. I want you to make decisions that help you feel your best self.

Loss has taught me that we get one shot at our current reality - why play small when we can live bold? I want to fully be HERE, at my best, in my mind, body, and heart. I want to help others do the same to live bold, bright lives with ease, clarity, and joy.

I’ll share lots of information with you, but the true magic happens in the conversation and aligned action.
