I know what it’s like to look “successful” on the outside while feeling disconnected, depleted, or unsure on the inside… or dare I say, a shell of a human.

As an integrative health coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and former Division-1 athlete, I’ve lived at the intersection of high performance and deep burnout. For years, my health was up and down — autoimmune issues, anxiety, chronic pushing — all signs that the way I was living wasn’t sustainable. For years I focused just on my nutrition and how I was moving my body. It took me far… until it didn’t any longer. I had define my life more on my terms and less on others’ expectations. I broadened my perspective of wellbeing and took a hard look at which patterns or behaviors were actually supporting me or sending me straight on the path to burnout.

My work is rooted in supporting people who are doing “fine” on the outside, but feel internally out of sync — unsure why they’re tired, restless, or disconnected despite having built a full life.

These are people who’ve learned how to push through, make things work, and keep going — and are now ready to live in a way that feels more sustainable, embodied, and aligned.

They’re not looking to overhaul everything. They’re looking for clarity, steadiness, and a way forward that doesn’t require forcing themselves to be someone else. They’re focused on reconnecting with their body’s intelligence, clarifying what they actually want, and creating a way of living that supports their wellbeing — not works against it.
